[USPRwire, Mon Apr 13 2015] Owing to the rising popularity of smartphones in Vietnam, dema nd for rapid data communication has been growing strongly in the country. However, the pace of 3G adoption rate has been lukewarm, and we believe that this has mainly been due to poor network infrastructure in the country.
