Local Real Estate Association Offers Free Safety Seminar for REALTORS®
[USPRwire, Thu Sep 03 2009] John Wood, president of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® (RRAR) (www.rrar.com), has announced that RRAR will host a 2009 Safety Seminar on Thursday, Sept. 3 at 8:30 a.m. at RRAR, located at 111 Realtors Way in Cary. The seminar will be instructed by Leigh Woody, senior trainer of Citizens Against Crime, who will guide the REALTORS® through the necessary steps to protect themselves at home and at work. In a recent National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) safety survey, 67 percent of respondents have experienced safety concerns, incidents, or other harassing situations while working as a REALTOR®.
