Local Dealership to Host Organic Shopping Experience, Benefit Local “Green” Charity
Farmer’s Market shopping event, silent auction to benefit Civic Garden Center at Lexus RiverCenter this Tuesday
[USPRwire, Wed Sep 30 2009] An upcoming Farmer’s Market event will promote a green lifestyle and raise a little extra green for one local charity.
Cincy Chic, the leading online publication for women in Cincinnati, is teaming up with Lexus RiverCenter in Covington, to host a Farmer’s Market on Tuesday, September 29th from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. The event will highlight the new Lexus HS Hybrid while also raising funds and awareness for the Civic Garden Center.
“The new Lexus HS Hybrid was just unveiled so we’re glad to show that off, give attendees an organic shopping experience and give back to a good cause,” says Cincy Chic Publisher, Amy Storer-Scalia.
Proceeds from a silent auction will benefit the Civic Garden Center, a non-profit horticultural resource that enriches lives through education, community beautification and environmental stewardship.
Lexus will also be offering $5 in Lexus Bucks to use at any of the vendor booths. Lexus RiverCenter is located on 633 West 3rd St., Covington, KY 41011.
